🚨 Latest Release | January 2026: ‘A Crisis of Leadership in Advertising’. | Read the memo here.
There are millions of senior professionals going to work each day with a sense that they are, in some way, working against the world they want to live in.
They may well have colleagues they love and find their work stretching and fulfilling. Their companies are neither innately good nor bad, they are just doing what every company in their industry does.
These professionals often know what needs to change, they have ideas for how the change could happen but they are isolated.
There simply isn’t the infrastructure or opportunity for them to make a difference. Their sense of professionalism and their sense of citizenship are in conflict. They feel like there’s nothing they can do so they put their heads down and get on.
If this sounds like you, we’d like to talk.
We are currently building highly confidential Insider Movements in a number of industries. We have created a way for you to be part of a movement for change in your industry while protecting your confidentiality.
We are not looking to receive confidential documents or identify the ‘worst’ companies, but are interesting in speaking to you as an expert in your industry about what common practice looks like across it.
Your role will be to share insights about how your industry is most materially impacting the world, socially and environmentally. You will then advise us on which stakeholders should hear this information and how best we should deliver it to them. You will do this as an individual, not a representative of your firm, and you will be asked to keep your involvement confidential.
Of course you won’t be the only one. You will be part of a movement made up of peers of senior executives from different functions and different companies across your industry. It will be your collective insight which leads to these representations to critical stakeholders. Some people will want to meet with others in the group, but for most it will be an individual experience of a collective journey.
We don’t want your industry to close, we don’t want to boycott it, we know it isn’t evil. Our aim is to spotlight and shift the cultures, structures, norms and incentives preventing it from fulfilling a more positive role in society.
This may be out of your comfort zone, different from anything you have done before but we are asking you to do something meaningful today. Reach out.
