Mission

Our work targets the millions of people who want to be part of building a better world, but who are working in industries that are obstructing rather than enabling it. We are creating platforms for people to be part of positive change in their industry through a confidential and protected mechanism.

How It Works

Our model is based on:

• Supporting insiders into safe, anonymous spaces, either individually or with others from their industry

• Working with them to surface insights that are then validated through research

• Turning those insights into campaigns for transformation within their industries

• Offering individual independent legal advice and access to coaching support for any and all insiders we work with

• Working to engage the stakeholders necessary to create change.

Our insiders do not need to reveal their involvement or to lead change in their own organisation – instead they work collaboratively at an industry-level and through key strategic partnerships.

Who We Are

Rather than come with our own preconceived ideas of what should change in your industry, oiur job is to listen to insiders and work to their agenda. Our only role is to make sure that that agenda has high aspirations for social and environmental change.
